lvking Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and lvking ("Platform", "we"). This document governs your access to and use of all services provided through the lvking website, including online casino games, sports betting, online slots, horse racing and Teen Patti.

Acceptance of these terms occurs when you:

• Register a new account on the lvking platform;
• Make any deposit or financial transaction;
• Access or use any available game feature; or
• Claim any bonus, promotion or member reward.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you are required to stop using the lvking platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2. User Eligibility

The lvking platform is only open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

lvking reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identification card (MyKad), bank statement or a recent proof of address document.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is only allowed to hold one (1) account. Registering multiple accounts, shared accounts or accounts in another person's name is strictly prohibited and may result in asset freezing without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Information that must be verified includes your full name, identification card number, mobile phone number and a valid email address. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that account information is kept current.

• Your account password must be kept secure and must not be shared with any party;
• Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account;
• Any unauthorised access must be reported to lvking customer support immediately;
• lvking is not responsible for losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

lvking supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Applicable transaction terms:

• The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification;
• All withdrawals must be processed through the same payment method used during deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) policy;
• lvking reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before approving a withdrawal;
• Transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

All amounts are displayed and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). For cryptocurrency transactions, the exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

lvking offers various reward programmes to registered members, subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 100% up to RM888. The applicable wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus value before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 and requires bets totalling RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before bonus withdrawal is permitted.

VIP Programme: Members are eligible to progress to Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers based on gaming activity. Each tier entitles members to a different weekly cashback — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8%, and Platinum up to 1.0%.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• lvking reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time;
• Attempts to misuse the bonus system through prohibited methods will result in forfeiture of the bonus and account closure;
• Each promotion has a set validity period — bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

lvking users are required to use the platform responsibly and comply with all established guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, scripts or any technological tool that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay;
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Money laundering through manipulative deposit and withdrawal activity;
• Misuse of the bonus or promotion system through methods that go against the original intent of the offer;
• Disclosure of confidential platform information to third parties without written consent;
• Any attempt to breach the security systems or technical infrastructure of lvking.

lvking uses advanced monitoring technology to detect unusual activity. Every suspected case will be thoroughly investigated, and lvking's decisions on disciplinary matters are final.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

lvking reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions;
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age eligibility requirement (21+);
• Account closure request on the grounds of responsible gambling by the user themselves;
• An order from a judicial authority or relevant regulatory body;
• Accounts that have been inactive for a certain period are subject to the current account management policy.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting lvking customer support via live chat or email. Any valid remaining funds will be processed for withdrawal once the account review is completed.

8. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

The lvking service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as specifically stated in this Agreement. lvking is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by system maintenance, software updates or infrastructure failures;
• Financial losses arising from the inability to access the platform due to the user's internet connection issues;
• Game outcomes disputed after the specified appeal period has ended;
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses under any circumstances.

Should any dispute arise regarding a transaction or game outcome, users are required to contact the lvking support team within seven (7) days from the date of the incident. Transaction records kept by the lvking system will be used as the primary reference in any dispute resolution.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

The collection, use and storage of users' personal data is governed by the separate lvking Privacy Policy. By using this platform, you agree to the data practices described in that document.

• Will not sell users' personal information to third parties without consent;
• Implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect data;

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

lvking operates under international licensing and complies with the regulations of the relevant licensing authority. This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws set by the lvking licensing authority.

Should any provision of this Agreement be found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
