lvking FAQ for Malaysian Players

Yes, lvking offers betting markets for badminton including individual and doubles matches at international level such as the All England and Sudirman Cup. You select the match in the Sports Betting section, choose your preferred market such as match winner or set handicap, then enter your stake. Odds are updated live as the match progresses.

Live betting lets you place bets while a match is in progress, not just before it starts. The main advantage is that odds shift according to the current situation on the field, so you can react to the momentum of the game. At lvking, live betting is available for football, badminton, tennis and several other sports supported by the platform.

Mix parlay combines two or more selections on a single betting ticket. All selections must win for the ticket to pay out, but the benefit is that the odds multiply to a much higher return compared to a single bet. For beginners, mix parlay is appealing for its payout potential, though the risk is higher because one wrong result is enough to void the entire ticket at lvking.

Yes. lvking supports both leagues. Malaysia Super League is listed under the local leagues section, while the English Premier League (EPL) falls under the international leagues category. You can bet on match results, total goals, first scorer and various other markets for every scheduled match throughout the season.

Malay odds use positive and negative numbers — a positive number shows the profit for every RM1 staked, while a negative number shows how much you need to stake to win RM1. Decimal odds are more straightforward: multiply your stake by the odds to get the total payout including your original stake. lvking players can switch the odds display according to their preference in the account settings.

Baccarat is a card game between two hands: Player and Banker. Your goal is to guess which hand gets a card value closest to 9. You simply choose where to bet — Player, Banker or Tie — then the dealer handles the rest. This is one reason baccarat is popular at lvking: the rules are straightforward and the game moves quickly.

Table limits at lvking are set to accommodate players at different levels, from low-limit tables suitable for new players up to high-stakes tables for experienced players. The exact limits are shown directly in each table's interface before you join, so you can choose a table that matches your budget for that session.

Live dealer games use a live video stream from a studio or physical casino. A real dealer handles cards or dice in front of high-quality cameras. You interact through an online interface — placing bets and receiving results in real time. At lvking, the connection is optimised for Malaysian bandwidth, so lag is minimal even during peak hours.

Sic bo is a dice game originating from Asia that is now popular among Malaysian live casino players. Three dice are shaken in a container and you bet on the possible outcomes — for example the total value of all three dice, a specific number appearing, or big/small combinations. The sic bo betting table at lvking shows the payout for each option so you can plan your bets before time runs out.

Stream quality depends on your internet speed and the connection to the server. If you experience lag, try closing other tabs that are using data, or switch to a more stable WiFi connection. If the problem persists, contact lvking live chat support, available 24/7, to determine whether the issue is on the platform side or your connection.

The lvking VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze with weekly cashback of up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.5%, Gold up to 0.8% and Platinum up to 1.0%. Each tier carries additional benefits beyond cashback, including priority service from the support team. ✦

Weekly cashback is calculated based on your betting activity throughout that week, at the percentage corresponding to your current VIP tier. The amount is credited directly to your lvking account balance at the start of the following week. You can check your cashback details in the promotions or rewards section of your account.

VIP tier progression at lvking is based on the consistency of your activity over time. The more actively you play across different categories — slots, live casino or sports betting — the sooner you become eligible for a tier upgrade. The lvking VIP team will notify you once you meet the criteria, with no need to apply manually.

Platinum VIP members at lvking enjoy a range of exclusive benefits beyond the 1.0% weekly cashback. These include a dedicated account manager, priority withdrawal processing, early access to new promotions, and invitations to special events or offers not available to other tiers. Full details are communicated directly to eligible Platinum members.

The lvking VIP tier retention policy is designed to protect loyal players. However, extended inactivity may affect your VIP status depending on the current program terms. You are advised to contact lvking live chat support for the latest information on this policy as it applies to your account.

Withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet at lvking are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The same timeframe applies to all supported withdrawal methods, including DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost and cryptocurrency. If the funds have not arrived after 2 hours, please contact lvking support with your transaction proof.

A withdrawal may be pending for several reasons: account verification not yet completed, bonus wagering requirements not yet met, or an issue with the registered payment details. Check the status in your account transaction history. If everything looks correct but the withdrawal has been pending for more than 2 hours, contact lvking 24/7 support via live chat for prompt confirmation.

Yes, bonus winnings can be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been met. For the lvking welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives you a RM100 bonus — your balance becomes RM200, and you need to wager RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Make sure you understand these terms before claiming any bonus.

The minimum withdrawal amount at lvking is RM50 for all supported methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking, Boost and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. There is no different minimum by method — all are uniform at RM50 to make withdrawal planning straightforward.

For security and anti-money laundering compliance, lvking recommends withdrawing via the same payment method used for your deposit. This ensures funds return to their original source and reduces the risk of fraud. If you need an exception or a change of method, contact lvking support for further assistance before submitting the withdrawal request.

Start by looking at the minimum bet for each slot — most slots at lvking allow bets starting at a low amount. Choose a low-volatility slot if you want to play longer on a limited balance, as it pays out more frequently even if the amounts are smaller. High-volatility slots are more suitable if you are comfortable waiting for the chance of a larger win. ✦

RTP, or Return to Player, is a percentage that theoretically describes how much money is returned to players over the long term from the total amount wagered. A higher RTP means that on average, the slot returns more to players over time. However, it is important to note that RTP is calculated across millions of spins — it does not guarantee any particular outcome in your individual session.

Volatility describes the payout pattern of a slot. Low-volatility slots pay out small wins frequently, making them suitable for longer play sessions. High-volatility slots pay out less often but when they do, the amounts tend to be larger. There is no objectively "better" choice — it depends on your risk tolerance and what you are aiming for when you play at lvking that day.

Free spins are a bonus feature in slots that let you spin the reels a set number of times without using your account balance. They are usually triggered by special symbols such as Scatter. During free spins, some slots also activate win multipliers or additional symbols that increase the potential reward. This feature is available in many slots at lvking from developers such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI.

A progressive jackpot is built from a small percentage of every bet placed by all players on that slot. This amount accumulates over time until a player triggers the jackpot combination. The chance of winning is random and unpredictable — it can happen at any time. At lvking, several slots from JILI such as Jackpot Fishing and Ocean King Jackpot offer this type of jackpot mechanic.
